Our processing facility is located in Ashland, Ohio, approximately 60 miles south of Cleveland. We have 20,000 square feet of production space, 10,000 of which is USDA inspected, equipped with two full stainless steel production lines. We can produce approximately 20,000 pounds of product per day, per shift. Sanitation is done according to USDA and AIB standards. We offer approximately 100 different products and package sizes to over 250 distributors, including Sysco, US Foods, Bellisimo, Unipro, PFG, and Nugget Houses throughout the 48 contiguous states, as well as Canada and Europe.
